Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of perseoapp.com and the myPerseoApp customer portal (https://my.perseoapp.com), both operated by Perseo (“we”, “us”, “Perseo”). By requesting the free SEO Report, creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
Perseo analyses your website, optimises it for search engines, translates it into multiple languages and creates new pages designed to help more customers find you, in Italy and abroad. During the free beta period indicated on the website, the service includes:
The service is in beta: some features may evolve, be added or change over time. We will notify you of changes that substantially reduce what you have signed up for.
To provide the service, Perseo accesses the public content on your website and may propose or apply optimisation, translation and new-page changes in line with the settings you approved. You always remain the owner of your website and its content: no change is permanent or irreversible, and you may disable the service at any time — see Trust & transparency for details on reversibility.
During the beta period shown on the website, access to the service is free and without commitment, subject to the available places communicated on the homepage. When the beta ends, continued use of the service will be subject to a paid plan: we will give you reasonable notice before introducing any charge, and you may always choose not to continue without penalty.
No payment details are required for the free beta.
The brand, logo, text, design and code of perseoapp.com and the myPerseoApp portal are owned by Perseo or licensed to Perseo and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without written authorisation. Your website’s content remains yours: you grant us only the right to access, analyse, translate and optimise it in order to provide the service.
We work to provide honest estimates and projections, clearly labelled as such. We cannot guarantee specific search-engine or AI-assistant rankings, exact numbers of new customers, or the same timelines for every website: results depend on factors outside our direct control, such as competition, search-engine algorithms and your sector.
To the extent permitted by law, Perseo’s liability for any damage arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence where the law does not allow limits.
We aim to keep the service available and working, but cannot guarantee the complete absence of interruptions, planned maintenance or unforeseen technical issues. Where possible, we will notify you of significant planned interruptions.
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time by writing to hello@perseoapp.com. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, use the service unlawfully or expressly request it. On termination, any automatic changes to your website are disabled: the website remains in its current state, with no obligation towards Perseo.
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and, for website cookies, by our Cookie Policy.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable law. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the website before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are available in English only. In case of any discrepancy between this version and any future translation, the English version shall prevail.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute not settled amicably, the consumer’s court shall have jurisdiction where applicable, otherwise the court provided for under Italian law shall have jurisdiction.
