The Gorgons turned to stone anyone who looked them in the face, so he faced Medusa through her reflection in that shield, never meeting her eyes. That is the image I carry with me: the hero was not stronger than the monster, he simply had what he needed to face it. In this story the hero is you. We take care of the tools.
